At Maison Maisonnette, we specialize in vintage and antique items. We take care to describe every item as accurately as possible, including any signs of age or wear.

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason your item does not meet your expectations, we are happy to guide you through our returns process.

Please do not return an order without contacting us first.

• We gladly accept returns, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The item is returned within 14 days of receipt. After 14 calendar days, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.

2. The item is in original condition and original packaging. 

• Only items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Return

To return a product:

1. Email us at info@maisonmaisonnette.com and we will provide the return address.
2. Ship your item carefully. We strongly recommend using registered post and keeping proof of postage.
3. The package must be clearly marked as a return for customs purposes. Any customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount before it is issued.

Please note:

• We are unable to refund any postage charges.
• We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss during transit.
  

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• If the item meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
• Refunds are processed promptly after inspection.

Exchange

To exchange an item, we recommend returning your original purchase first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you would like.
