Order processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping within Luxembourg is free. Orders are delivered via Post Luxembourg. After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information that allows you to follow your parcel and manage your delivery date if needed.

Shipping fees to other European countries vary depending on the destination.

• Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia - € 6.95. Free shipping on orders over €150.
• Finland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Romania - € 8.95. Free shipping on orders over €150.
