An amber pressed glass bowl by the renowned Belgian glassmaker Val Saint Lambert, designed by Charles Graffart and René Delvenne in 1935. This model is instantly recognizable for its wide oval form, geometric base and sweeping angular handles. It works as well as a fruit bowl as it does as a pure decorative object.
The warm amber glass catches the light beautifully, making it a lovely centerpiece on a dining table, a sideboard or a shelf.

Condition: Very good. Two thin lines are visible on the inside base, this is not a scratch but a natural characteristic of pressed glass and common in pieces of this age.

How do we pack our orders?
At Maison Maisonnette, every order is packed with the same care we put into sourcing it, and with the smallest possible footprint.
We use biodegradable, plastic-free materials, including starch-based packing peanuts. On rare occasions, fragile or delicate pieces may require plastic-based protective materials, to ensure your piece arrives safely.
Every parcel also arrives with a small thank-you card. Feel free to keep it as a bookmark, pin it to the fridge, or tuck it somewhere you'll see it again. We like to think it lingers a little, the way the rest of your Maison Maisonnette pieces do.
